Silicon Added Elastic Granular Exterior

DEFINITION

Acrylic copolymer based, silicon added, granular, high quality elastic exterior coating paint with textured look.
CHARACTERISTICS

High quality and elastic. Highly water repellent. CO² and water permeable. Alkali resistant. Adheres to surfaces very well. Powerful enough to cover existing or future cracks up to 1.5-2.0 mm. Does not crack or fall.
APPLICATION AREAS
Used on the exterior walls of buildings, on surfaces such as coating, brickets, aerated concrete, concrete and alike. Also used to cover the base defects, decorate defected surfaces, or for other decorative purposes. Suitable for use in the interiors for decorative purposes.
APPLICATION METHOD

Prior to the application of the top coat paint, dirt, greases, dust or flakes should be removed off the surfaces that have been painted previously, and the cracks should be fixed by using COSMOS ELASTIC PUTTY. Newly coated surfaces should be left to dry completely until they are ready for painting. After applying COSMOS EXTERIOR FLEX PRIMER to the surface, finish with COSMOS TEXTURESIL FLEX.

COSMOS TEXTURESIL FLEX is ready to use. It can be applied by using perforated sponge, paint roll, sheepskin paint roll or a trowel, and decorated by means of special apparatus.
DURATION OF DRYING
Dries at a temperature of 23 ± 2°C in 2-3 hours; hardens in 24 hours.
AREA COVERED

An area of 1 m² will be coated with 0.5-1.200 kg of COSMOS FINE TEXTURESIL FLEX and 1.0-2.500 kg of COSMOS COURSE TEXTURESIL FLEX.

CARE AND SAFETY MEASURES

The storage life is at least one year in unopened packages and in storage conditions above +5°C. Protect from freezing. The application should take place at temperatures above +5°C. Avoid direct sunlight. During transportation, at most three rows on top of each other can be loaded.
