|
Silicone added, high performance, elastic, silky matt paint.

SPECIFICATIONS
|
Fills and seals cracks, cold resistant, water and liquid resistant,CO² and water vapor permeability. This water repellent product is a matt, elastic top coat paint for buildings.

APPLICATION AREAS
|
It can be used both on the interior and exterior surfaces of the buildings, for fixing the top coatings of heat insulation systems, and to cover the cracks beneath the coating.

APPLICATON METHOD
|
Prior to the application of paint, any dirt, grease, dust or flakes should be removed off the surface that has been previously painted, and deep cracks should be filled by using COSMOS ELASTIC PUTTY EXTRA. Both new and previously painted surfaces should be lined using COSMOS EXTERIOR PIGMENTED PRIMER. COSMOS EXTERIOR SILK FLEX is a ready-to-use material. It should be thinned with maximum 3% water, particularly when used on surfaces coated with materials including particles higher than 3 mm. To cover high level cracks, a minimum of 0.230 lt/m2 of paint should be used. The second layer should be applied after at least 24 hours, by diluting the paint with a maximum proportion of 1.5% water, using a paint roll or a brush.

CAUTION and SAFETY WARNINGS
|
Storage life is at least one year in unopened packages at temperatures above +5°C. Protect from freezing. Application is made above +5°C temperature. Protect from direct sunlight. During transportation, a maximum of three rows are loaded on top of each other.
